Judo Ontario Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Judo Ontario Annual General Meeting will be held on September 13, 2026. For further details, please refer to the attached notices or visit our website.
The meeting will be conducted both virtually and in-person. It is open to all registered members for the 2026-27 season. However, only blackbelts will have voting rights on agenda items. Please note that voting will only happen during the meeting. We will be following up with specific voting instructions through your registered email, and we will be contacting anyone with duplicate emails. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can fill out a proxy form to assign your vote to a member who will be attending (form will be shared with the voting info).

Please note that the deadline for declaring candidacy for elected positions was August 4th. Twenty-three declarations were received for the five available positions. Bio’s are included for all candidates in the document linked below. Four positions will require a vote during the AGM, with details on the process sent out as noted above.
