Day 2 of the Canadian Open Championships saw Veterans and U18 take it to the mats. Team Ontario had some outstanding performances throughout the day. Of special note Jeff Allen won Gold in Veterans +81kg to add to his Gold in Newaza and his Newaza Grand Championship belt from Thursday. On Saturday the U16 and U21 athletes will be on the tatami to challenge for the podium. Please see Friday’s results below:
