The 2019 Northern Ontario Open will be held at the Nickel Belt Budokan Judo Club on Feb 23, 2019.
It is a Judo Ontario Sanctioned Tournament
This shiai is open to all paid up members of Judo Provincial Associations, Judo Canada and all IJF recognized associations.
Competitors must present proof of membership, and provide proof of age upon request.
There will be no Judo Ontario registration at the tournament venue.
