Pedro joined Judo at the age of 4 and became part of the Olympic Project in the country side of Sao Paulo.
Pedro eventually became a member of the Brazilian National Team and traveled around the world attending training camps and competing for Brazil.
Some of Pedo’s Judo results are as follows;

Bronze medalist at Grand Slam Jigoro Kano Cup

Silver medalist at Pan American Championships
Gold medalist at Pan American Championships by team

Stages in Japan, France, Russia, Canada and other countries around the world
After retiring in 2008 as a competitor Pedro worked as a Judo Coach in Slovenia until 2010. The Slovenia team is one of the best women Judo clubs in the world which has Olympic medalists, world medalists and Europeans champions. The year Pedro worked with Klub Sankaku they won the European Championships by Clubs.
Pedro also led Judo Camps and Seminars to Clubs in Slovenia, Croatia, Holland and Russia.
Since February 2011 till March 2012 Pedro was working with world champion Luciano Correa to achieve his qualification to the Olympic Games in the category -100 kg.
Pedro also volunteered in poor communities, teaching Judo and supporting social programs for children in areas of risk in Brazil.
While training and competing Pedro also obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration and then his Master’s in Business Administration. Pedro also studied Conflict Resolution at the
Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel
Pedro also speaks Fluent Portuguese, English and French.
